HERE’S HOW IT WORKS
Students new to the Iyengar system must sign up for the entire 12 or 14-week session, at Level 1, or at 50+. You’ll register for the class or classes you are most likely to attend, and make up the classes you have to miss.
Yoga is practiced with bare feet. Please wear shorts or tights. (Baggy pants and bell-bottoms obscure your view, and the teacher’s view, of your knees and ankles, and make correction of alignment difficult or impossible.) Come with an empty stomach, or eat lightly no less than two hours before the class.
Mail in your registration, or bring it to your first day of class. We accept cash or checks. No credit cards please.
