Before each 12- or 14-week session, we hold a week of free classes. Come to as many as you like, to meet the teachers and discover how it feels to do Iyengar Yoga. The class will be similar to what you’ll experience at the first class of the session.
Our next series of FREE INTRODUCTORY CLASSES will be held Jan. 2–Jan. 8, in our studio at 4916 Main, Suite 220, near the Museum of Fine Arts.

Come with an empty stomach, or eat lightly no less than two hours before class. Wear shorts or tights. (Baggy pants and bell-bottoms obscure your view and your teacher’s view of your knees and ankles.)
